1.-CANOPY TOUR

Tour description:
We will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the place where we have the first platftorm to enjoy the first cable, then we will start a hike to the second plattform, after this short cable we will begin a guided walk through the rainforest. At the end of the walk, we will start our adventure on the cables again. The canopy is done by 9 aerial plattforms and 14 on the ground, being the total length of the cables of 2560 meters. During the tour on the top of the trees the naturalist guide will keep on explaining about the vegetation and animals of the surroundings.

2.-SNORKELING AND HIKING IN CAHUITA

You will visit the many unique marine and terrestrial ecosystems of Cahuita National Park; its one of the most beautiful regions of the country. Its main attraction is a picture postcard reality of white sandy beaches, thousands of swaying palm trees, a calm sea of crystal-clear water and a live coral reef. In a glass fiber boat, plus Capitan and guide, you will be able to appreciate: 35 different coral species such as: The fire coral, Elkhorn and the Smooth brain coral; 123 different species of tropical fish such as: Queen Angelfish and Blue parrot fish; 44 species of crustaceans, 140 shellfish, 128 identified algae. Other species such as: sea urchins, sea cucumber, lobsters, sponges, hawksbill turtle and green turtle.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
You can practice the snorkelling for 2 or 3 hours, in different places of the most important Coral Reef of Costa Rica. After the snorkelling, the boat will take you to Cahuita Point. Right there, if you want, you can swim in the peaceful and warm water of the Caribbean Sea while you take a refreshment of tropical fruits.
Hiking In this tour you have also the option to enjoy the diversity of the forest on a hike in the Park where you will see many different species of flora and fauna, such as: Howler monkeys, White-faced monkey, Two-and Three-toed sloth, iguanas, spiders, Morpho butterflies, birds, snakes and much more. Cahuita has a mixed forest with a lot of different kinds of trees and medicinal plants such as: Noni, the wonder fruit, which prevents 89 different kinds of illnesses.The guide will show you the animals and the medicinal plants, and will tell you the interesting history of Cahuita Town.
At the end of the hiking, the guide will take you to the restaurant El Típico Cahuita to enjoy a delicious Caribbean Lunch. Rice & Beans, chicken or fish with coconut source, green salad, sweet plantain, dessert and juice.

3.-TRAIL INTERPRETATION IN CAHUITA NATIONAL PARK
Duration: 4 hours aprox.

TOUR DESCRIPTION
We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the village of Cahuita. There, the bilingual naturalist guide will be waiting for us to start the walk through the park. In the guided hike, which lasts about 2 hours, we will be able to see the different animals and vegetation of the area. As soon as we get to Punta Cahuita we will stop to have a box-lunch and refreshment. At the end of the walk will have time to take a bath at the beach in Cahuita before the transport take us back to the hotel.

4.-DOLPHINS SEARCH

TOUR DESCRIPTION
We will pick you up at your hotel to depart to Manzanillo, where you will board a motor boat of one of the local fishermen who will be your tour guide. The adventure starts navigating along a pristine rocky sea shore with an impressive cliff sand erosion blow holes covered on top by the evergreen tropical rain forest. About half hour later, you will get to Punta Mona, the farthermost southern point slowly searching for the dolphins. It also includes snorkeling or a visit to Punta Mona organic farm.

5.- INDIAN RESERVE, WATERFALL & CHOCOLATE HOUSE

TOUR DESCRIPTION
The guide will pick you up at your hotel to depart by car towards the Bri Bri reservation. There , we will leave the car and start a hike that will take us to a virgin jungle. Then we get to a waterfall where we can swim and enjoy a natural jacuzzi. There we will continue going to visit the town of Uatsi where we will visit some Bri Bri ranchos and will have the possibility to know more about the way of living and the handcrafts of this tribe. After we will drive towards Brí Brí and then to the Chocolate House where you will learn about this fruit and a very old method the indigenous tribe uses to produce cocoa, chocolate and others derivative products.

We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Manzanillo where a guide will be waiting for us to start the adventure through the jungle of the refuge where you can see a lot of different species of animals and plants. 9.-BOTANICAL GARDEN

Visitors to the tropical garden will see tropical flowering plants, medicinal species, and over 60 kinds of fruit trees. Learn about chocolate production, black pepper, cinnamon, among others. You will also see the brightly colored poison dart frogs.
All tours visit the demonstration table where they serve a natural juice drink, sample fruits and examine curiosities from the rainforest.

10.- PACUARE RIVER RAFTING

Duration: 1 day tour

TOUR DESCRIPTION
We depart from the hotel and arrive toward Siquirres where we will have time for breakfast. After breakfast , we will continue to the Pacuare river where the guide will be waiting with the necessary equipment and boats to go down (before you need to listen a security and orientation speech). We offer a class III-IV adventure, going down 28 kms of rapids where the fun is definitely guaranteed. On the road we will enjoy lunch. After the rafting about 3,5 hours we arrive to Siquirres where we will find bathrooms and dressing rooms. From there we will return to Puerto Viejo, Arenal Volcano or San José, which is previously decided.

11.- HORSEBACK RIDING

In this tour we offer strong and healthy horses to ride in the Cahuita’s Black Beach section, part of the Cahuita’s Mountains up to the Mouth of “La Estrella River”.

12.-TORTUGUERO CANALS

TORTUGUERO 1 DAY
Includes: Transportation Puerto Viejo-Moin and boat from Moin to Matina in the canal (2.5 hours tour in boat), after that you will be coming back to Moin and then to Puerto Viejo.
The van will pick you au at your hotel and take you to Moin dock, where you will board on a boat that will take you directely to the Canals, where you have the chance to see a lot of different species of animals and plants.
TORTUGUERO OVERNIGHT (2 days – 1 night)

14.-SLOTH SANCTUARY
TOUR DESCRIPTION
Our mini van will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to Penshurt, where the Sloth Sanctuary is located. Then, we will show you a video that will help you learn about these curious animals and about this project which is unique in the world. You will have the opportunity to meet Buttercup who is the oldest sloth of the center, and other sloths that live there, and you will know about their life stories , also you can take some pictures. When we finish the visit in the Sloth Hospital, we will take a canoe to start a trip trough the Estrella River. After the boat trip we will have a hike through the trails of the farm where you will see sloths in their natural ambient. At the end of the hike we will reach the place where baby sloths live, there you will know about them and you can also take some picures.

15.-FULL DAY JUNGLE ADVENTURE

TOUR DESCRIPTION
Duration: 6 hours.
Includes: Transportation, ATV tour, canopy tour, tarzan swing, tree climbing, rappel, lunch box.

We will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to our headquarters in Puerto Viejo. We will start our adventure by driving our ATV"S about 40 minutes until we get to Carbon River. Then we will leave the ATV"S and start a hike in the river surrounded by spectacular landscapes. We will leave the river and hike through the forest to get another adventure, tree climbing, to get to a plattform where we will start the canopy. tour We will enjoy lunch on one of the plataforms. After lunch we will do one of the most adrenaline activities, the Tarzan swing. We will hike again through the forest to get to a beautiful waterfall and then make our way back to the ATVS and start our return trip to Puerto Viejo.

16.-JAGUAR ANIMAL RESCUE CENTER
TOUR DESCRIPTION
The Jaguar Animal Rescue Center, is a center to rehabilitate mistreated, injured and/or confiscatd animals, which are then reintroduced to their natural habitat in protected areas. Visitors have direct contact with monkeys, wild cats, sloths, racoons, anteaters, marsupials, reptiles, amphibians, etc. You cna also observe all the venomous snakes of Costa Rica which are housed in terrariums imitating their natural habitat.
Guided visits are available from Monday to Saturday at 9:30 or 11:30 am. Closed on Sundays.

17.- SPORT FISHING

This tour takes place in the surroundings of Cahuita National Park in a glass fibber boat with outboard motors of 15 to 25 H.P. with local fishermen as guides.
Different fishing methods can be used, for example: ° Fishing using live bait ° Fishing using dead bait or deep fishing ° Fishing using fishing pull and an artificial lure.
It is also possible to enjoy Snorkeling while the guide captures live bait from around the reef.
The types of fish that might be caught include:
°Tarpon ° Barracuda °Shark ° Grouper ° Jack ° Blue and Green Jack ° Red Snapper ° Mackerel ° King Fish and others.
