For a great adventure and workout join us for a guided tour of the pristine Quepos and Manuel Antonio coastline. We stop at Bizans Beach for brief swim and light snack. Afterwards we take you all the way to the first beach of Manuel Antonio. Choose either a single or double kayak for this voyage, either way you will never forget the experience. 3.-Sunset Sailing tour

You will sail south past the beautiful beaches and islands of Manuel Antonio National Park. Dolphins can be seen frequently swimming along side the boat. Possible whales and sea turtles as well. Snorkeling on the morning cruise.

4.-Canopy Tour

Imagine yourself soaring high above the jungle floor as you fly through tree tops, amongst some of the most beautiful flora and fauna in the Costa Rican rainforest. The exhilaration of a zip line is, most likely, unlike anything you have ever experienced! With a perfect safety record and state-of-the-art equipment, the Titi Canopy Tour in Costa Rica is the only eco-friendly zip line that takes guests through primary and secondary forest tree tops among three species of monkeys. Our staff of professionally trained guides shows guests the abundant wildlife along the way; including Titi monkeys, two and three toed sloths, poison dart frogs, iguanas and toucans.

During your two hour journey, you will be perched on one of 16 platforms high above the jungle floor with dramatic views of the valley. A series of 12 zip line cables reaching up to 450 meters (1,475 ft) take guests throughout the unspoiled rainforest canopy on an exclusive tour. Breathtaking mountain and valley views can be captured while resting in a bungalow high upon the hill.

Skillfully designed nature walks rivaling those found in Manuel Antonio National Park and a beautiful butterfly garden are all incorporated on the grounds of the Titi Canopy Tour. Guided nature walks and tours can be reserved in advance.Upon conclusion of your canopy tour, guests gather for drinks, fresh fruit and snacks. 5.-Rafting Trips

Costa Rica's world-class whitewater provides the perfect playground for exhilarating rafting adventures. Choose from three remote river sections of varying class, depending on the season and water level. We use either 6-man U-paddle rafts in high water or 2-man inflatable kayaks at lower levels. All trips are guided by our experienced whitewater professionals and include detailed safety briefings and paddling instruction. Each river offers a scenic tour of untouched primary rainforest and spectacular local wildlife.

Naranjo River

A class III/IV half day challenge for more experienced paddlers, this river drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level by farmlands and palm plantations. Water levels can rise quickly, increasing the difficulty of the rapids, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous. Participant Requirements: Good physical condition must be over 12 years.

Includes: fruits and snacks.

Times: 8:00am - 1:00pm and 1:30pm - 5:00pm

Savegre River

This full-day adventure kicks off with a 4-wheel drive trip into the remote valley that is home to the Rio Savegre. Perfect for all experience levels, the river offers an exciting selection of class II, III, and IV rapids as well as pristine waterfalls, swimming holes, and a remarkable variety of birds including egrets, toucans, osprey, parrots, kingfishers and cormorants. A "Tico" style lunch is hosted at the local small village.
Participant Requirements: Good physical condition must be over 10 years.
Bring: River sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, sun protection, t-shirt and hat.

6.-Damas Island Kayaking tour

Paddle the smooth protected inland waterways and explore the unique ecosystem of an island mangrove. Abundant with wildlife, the Damas area also offers a swimming beach and a great seafood restaurant for lunch.

7.-Manuel Antonio National Park Tour

Manuel Antonio National Park is deservedly the most popular park in Costa Rica with beautiful white sand beaches surrounded by emerald waters and jungle. Our naturalist guides will explain the history and geography of the area as well as help you get the most of your visit, pointing out sloths, monkeys, iguanas, and a multitude of insects and birds during this very informative three hour walk.

Participant Requirements: Good for the whole family.

What to bring: Comfortable hiking shoes, bathing suit and camera.

8.-Damas Island Boat Tour

Sit back and relax on this informative tour as our guides explain the mangrove ecosystem and point out wildlife such as sloths, crocodiles, boas, white-faced monkeys, and egrets. The tour will stop at Damas Island to enjoy a "Tico" style lunch or dinner. Especially recommended for senior citizens.

9.-Carara National Park

This 4700-hectare reserve is the northern most tropical wet forest on the Pacific Coast and is accessible within a 90 minute drive from Quepos. Surrounded by agricultural land, it forms an oasis for wildlife from a large surrounding area. This tour offers a two and a half hour hike with a naturalist guide through the richly biodiverse reserve as well as a chance to see the sweeping rice fields, African palm plantations and local cattle ranching. In addition to the wildlife inside the reserve, large crocodiles can often be spotted in the Rio Tarcoles adjacent to the Park.
