Itinerary 2: (08D/07N) San Jose – Arenal – Tamarindo beach– San Jose


Day 01: San Jose Upon arrival at International Airport, our driver will transfer you to Real Intercontinental hotel. Set in the modern splendor of Escazu - 6 miles from downtown San Jose - our convenient Costa Rica hotel is walking distance of Multiplaza Escazu and a myriad shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, museums, theaters, art galleries and attractions. A few miles away, you’ll find the National Theatre, Gold Museum, National Museum and the Central Market.

Day 02: San Jose / Arenal

After breakfast, you will pick a Daihatsu Bego 4x4 up, to continue to the Arenal Volcano area, the most active of Costa Rica. Overnight at El Silencio del Campo hotel. Right in front of our hotel, you may enjoy a breathtaking, panoramic view of the magnificent volcano. In back of our recently-built premises, the splendor of other lush, natural beauties such as mountains and ever-green valleys appeal to the eye of those in search of extreme natural beauty and a bit of hard-to-find peace that only ecological jewels as this area can now offer its visitors. Among other facilities besides providing with 24-hour customer service, the hotel offers you swimming pool. Here you can enjoy the view of the volcano and its surrounds. In addition to this , we proudy invite  you to drop by our cozy restaurant, which constitutes a gorgeous setting for chalting or savoring either a typical Costa Rican breakfast or you might as well have a continental one. Also we offer you other meals, that would be prepared by our chef.

Day 03: Arenal / Tabacon Hot Springs

Breakfast and free morning to enjoy the area. In the afternoon visit to the Tabacon hot springs, where you can enjoy the thermal pools with different temperatures, all surrounded by gardens of tropical plants. Buffet dinner at Tabacon. Overnight at El Silencio del Campo hotel.

Day 04: Arenal / Tamarindo beach

After enjoying the breakfast will departure to Tamarindo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Overnight at Capitan Suizo Hotel. Capitan Suizo is a beach hotel committed to the environment, and is the ideal place to enjoy a tropical, elegant and warm ambiance. Capitan Suizo is an oasis in harmony with nature. The hotel has swimming pools, restaurant, spa and all rooms have a balcony or terrace with beautiful views and a spacious bathroom.

Day 05:  Tamarindo beach
Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beach. Optional tours available from Tamarindo beach: ATV, canopy tour, horseback riding, etc. Overnight at Capitan Suizo hotel.

Day 06:  Tamarindo beach
Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beach. Overnight at Capitan Suizo hotel .

Day 07: Tamarindo beach/ San Jose
After breakfast, departure to San Jose. Return the rental car at the hotel. Overnight at Real Intercontinental hotel.


Day 08: San Jose Flight back home
After enjoying breakfast, our driver will transport you to the airport for your flight back home.
