Day 01: Liberia/ Arenal

Upon arrival to Liberia airport, you will pick a Daihatsu Bego 4x4 up to continue to Arenal Volcano area. The very active Arenal Volcano frequently emits sounds of violent explosions, attended by clouds of gray, brown, and orange gases. Overnight at Arenal Springs hotel, which offers spectacular views of the volcano, from the private balcony.

Day 02: Arenal

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the area. At evening visit to Ecotermales Hot Springs, where the hot springs flow from the veins of the volcano. Enjoy this natural wonder of Costa rica and soothing feeling in any of mineral pools. Dinner included. Overnight at Arenal Springs hotel.

Day 03: Arenal / Monteverde

After breakfast, you will drive to Monteverde Cloud Forest, where you may spot birds such as the silvery-throated jay, spangled-checked tanager, black-thighed grosbeak, and the yellow-throated finch. Free afternoon, we recommend you to visit Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, one of the richest and most diverse tropical cloud forests in the world.  Overnight at Trapp Family Lodge, the nearest hotel to the famous Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. The Trapp Family lodge offers the feeling of being in the middle of a charming cloud forest.

Day 04: Monteverde

After a delicious early morning breakfast, you will be taken to Selvatura walkways; it’s an unforgettable experience, the excitement of looking to one side and seeing the tops of the trees and at the same time feel the sensation of walking among the clouds. Selvatura walkways is a unique system of suspension bridges that zigzag through deep canyons at the level of the treetops then you will enjoy the adventure in the canopy tour. Free afternoon. Overnight at Trapp Family Lodge.

Day 05: Monteverde /Panama Beach (Guanacaste Province)

After enjoying breakfast you will be transferred to Panama beach in Guanacaste. Overnight at Casa Conde del Mar Hotel. This hotel offers comfort and relaxation in a welcoming environment located in an area with one of the most pristine beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Panama. The 1 mile extension of taupe sand beach is bathed by clear waters with a soft current. Many water sports can be enjoyed including fishing, swimming, and windsurfing, among others, from a beach surrounded by the exuberant vegetation after which the beach was named. Playa Panamá has the Blue Flag certification and categorized as one of the most sanitary beaches in the country.

Day 06: Panama Beach

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beach and hotel amenities. Overnight at Casa Conde del Mar Hotel.

Day 07: Panama Beach

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beach and the area, we recommend you to visit other beaches in Papagayo Gulf. Overnight  Casa Conde del Mar Hotel.

Day 08: Panama Beach/ Home departure

 After breakfast, departure to Liberia airport, drop the rental car off at the airport.
