Day 01: San Jose

Arrival to San José where our driver will meet and transfer you to Alta Hotel. Day 02: San Jose/ Savegre River Valley: Rafiki Safari Lodge

After enjoying breakfast, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport in order to take a flight to Quepos on the Central Pacific coast for your transfer to Rafiki Safari Lodge. Rafiki is a wilderness luxury tent camp and conservation project focusing on adventurous sustainable tourism. The lodge is nestled on 842 acres of pristine jungle along the Savegre River, 30 km south of Quepos and Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica. Rafiki Safari tents are set atop hardwood decks, each with rocking chairs, so you can sit back and admire the view in privacy. Day 03: Rafiki Safari lodge/ Savegre white water rafting

After breakfast, be ready for excitement. Test your paddling skills on the Savegre white water rafting Class II and III choosing from a calm float or raging rapids. The Savegre drops from the mountains above Quepos through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level. Enjoy an unforgettable scenery. Rafiki offers a variety of ways to get to the river, from the standard truck ride, to a 3 hour nature hike, and even a horse back ride. Our ideal location allows us enjoy all the river provides. Lunch and dinner. Overnight at Rafiki Safari lodge.

Day 04: Rafiki Safari Lodge/ Horseback riding

After enjoying your breakfast, horseback riding tour : Let your feet rest and your eyes wander as you make your way through the mountainous terrain on one of our sturdy horses. Horses are still used by the local people of the Savegre. Rafiki tries to maximize the cultural experience by traveling to places where horses are still the major form of transportation. Sometimes we cross rivers, go to mountain tops with ocean views, carry the rafts, or even go eat ice cream in the village. Our horses are mellow enough for the whole family. Lunch and dinner. Overnight at Rafiki Safari lodge.

Day 05: Rafiki Safari Lodge/ Manuel Antonio National Park

Take your breakfast, and we will transfer to you to Manuel Antonio beach. Upon arrival to La Mariposa hotel you will encounter the ultimate in luxury nestled in Costa Rica's lush rainforest overlooking the beautiful Manuel Antonio coast line. Hotel La Mariposa in Manuel Antonio, is magnificently perched on an elevation, overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, the city of Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park. The scenery of ocean, rainforest and sky is stunning. Day 06: Manuel Antonio National Park

 After breakfast you will have a free day to rest at the beach or enjoy the beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. Overnight La Mariposa hotel

Day 07: Manuel Antonio National Park/ San Jose

After enjoying breakfast take an early transport to Quepos airport for a domestic airflight to San Jose city where our driver will be waiting and transfer you to the Alta hotel. Overnight at The Alta Hotel.

 
Day 08: San Jose/ Flight back home

After breakfast our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the International Airport for your flight back home.
