Visit the beautiful Puerto Viejo beach on the South Caribbean area and be part of the rastafarian culture, enjoy the Arenal Volcano and the hot springs and rest at Samara beach one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Pacific area. Day 01: San José Upon arrival at Juan Santamaría International airport, our driver will meet and transfer you to Colonial Hotel in San José, a restored neocolonial building nearly a century old, located in the National Civic Center, one of the safest places in San José, close to tourist attractions. Overnight at Colonial Hotel. Day 02: San José/ Puerto Viejo We will pick you up at your hotel and head through Costa Rica’s colonial capital city of Cartago. Then we’ll stop for a delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast along the way. Once we arrive at the verdant banks of the Pacuare River, our professional guides will instruct you on paddling techniques and safety procedures before you don your helmets, grab you paddles and climb aboard the inflatable rafts for an unforgettable adventure. The Pacuare is a swift flowing river that offers visitors a unique and exciting rafting experience within one of Costa Rica’s most unspoiled wilderness areas. Lunch on the way. Continue to Puerto Viejo in Limón. Overnight at Azania Bungalows. Designed and crafted in a unique style that blends traditional materials, exotic woods and thatched-palm roofs, with a modern building concept, each bungalow has a particular atmosphere.
Day 03: Puerto Viejo After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the area, we recommend you the snorkeling tour in Cahuita National Park. Overnight Azania bungalows.
Day 04: Puerto Viejo/Arenal After a delicious breakfast, you will be transferred to Arenal area. Late in the afternoon visit to Tabacón hot springs, where the hot springs flow from the veins of the splendorous and active Arenal Volcano. Enjoy this natural wonder of Costa Rica and soothing feeling in any of mineral pools and naturally warm waterfalls. Buffet dinner. Overnight at Arenal Paraíso Hotel, who offers spectacular views of the volcano, from the private balcony.
Day 05: Arenal/ Samara Beach Breakfast. Departure to Samara beach. Overnight at Giada hotel. The hotel is located in Samara Beach, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, and offers its guests rooms with A/C and ceiling fan, satellite TV and security safe.
Day 06: Samara beach After breakfast, free time to enjoy the beach. Overnight at Giada Hotel. Day 07: Samara beach/ San Jose Enjoy your breakfast and spend a free morning relaxing at the beach, in the afternoon you will be transferred to San José. Overnight at Colonial Hotel. Day 08: San José/ Home departure After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
